You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately — your file and storage limits are updated instantly.
To upgrade: go to Billing from the main navigation, select your desired plan, and complete the checkout process via Stripe.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain your current plan's features until then.
If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits and you exceed those limits, you will not be able to upload new files until you are within the new plan's limits.
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, your files enter a grace period:
After the grace period, files are permanently deleted from storage. You will receive warning emails before this happens.
The Free plan is designed to let you try Legacy. It has intentional limitations to encourage upgrading for long-term use.
• Limited to 3 files and 25 MB total storage
• An annual check-in is required to confirm your account is still active
• If you miss the check-in, your files may be auto-released to your beneficiaries
• No grace period on account deletion
